We realize that buying online means you can’t see the goods first before you buy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 10 days after the item’s delivery date to return it to us. The item must be unused and in its original condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used items under any circumstances.
Please bear in mind that customs process for returned/re-imported goods in Indonesia can take some time. After the package arrives, it can take 4 weeks for customs to release the package to post office, after that it may take another 4 weeks for post office to process it.
Once we receive the item, we will first check that it is indeed in unused and original condition before we process your refund. Please allow 3-4 business days from when the item is received by us for your refund to process.
